Mendon Brook Intake Retaining Wall

Located in Mendon, Vermont, at the intake to the Rutland City Water Treatment Plant, the Mendon Brook Retaining Wall was completed in 1998. The wall protects the intake and helps direct Mendon Brook around a natural bend. An existing gabion wall was replaced by the new pre-cast concrete T-wall structure.
