Unitarian Church Addition And Renovation, 2003

The Unitarian Universalist Church in Rutland was in need of more space, accessibility and a dry basement. Our renovation work, completed under a construction management contract, addressed all of these needs. The renovated basement area is now home to a childcare center. New office space in the addition provides an additional source of income to the church.

Other highlights of the project include a pre-cast exterior on the addition which complements the existing church exterior, standing seam copper roof and fascias and a complete new heating system for the entire building.
