First Vermont Bank

The First Vermont Bank, located at 89 Merchants Row in Rutland, was completely renovated by Giancola Construction Corporation in 1999. The work included complete interior demolition, all new building utilities, extensive masonry restoration, construction of new entrances, historic window replacement, new roof, clock restoration, electrification and all new interior finishes.
