Downtown Laundromat, 2002

The Downtown Laundromat was a design-build project completed for our owner. We supported the 2nd floor of the existing building on an engineered structural steel frame. Then, the 1st floor footprint was expanded to accommodate the laundromat. The upper floor was also renovated into two apartments.
