Stony Brook Plaza is a multi-use commercial complex located on North Main Street in Rutland. The property is home to our own Green Mountain Rental & Sales Center and the Sports Peddler bike shop. Other tenants include retail, professional, educational, service and restaurant uses.

One unique feature of the plaza is Stony Brook Falls, a man-made waterfall located along the eastern border of the property. During the summer months the falls are operated creating a unique, peaceful atmosphere adjacent to the busy North Main Street thoroughfare.
